Policy and Procedures
By booking with KMZ Entertainment & Photography, you are agreeing to and acknowledging all policy listed below
TURN AROUND TIME
The turn around time for photoshoots are two weeks, videos are up to three weeks from date of appointment

TRAVEL FEE
Travel fees apply to all appointments that are outside an 80 mile radius of our Office. Charged at $0.56/mi
*Travel fees totals are determined before appointment*
DEPOSITS
There is a $50 deposit for Music Videos All other services currently do not require a deposit
BOOKINGS
Appointments must be made a week prior to the date requested. Bookings for the following month will open on the 20th of each month
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Failure to due so may result in permanent termination of our services
LATE POLICY
All clients will be allotted a 15 minute grace period for arrival. Exceeding that time will result in cancellation
DISCOUNTS
Discounts and Promotions are subject to change, only one discount may be applied per appointment
REFERRALS
For Returning Customers:
If you refer a friend that purchases a service through us, you get 10% off on your next appointment
