Terms

KMZ Productions provides video, photography, and editing. The public site lists current consults and project packages. A shoot is not booked from the website. A shoot needs an agreement and a deposit before it is scheduled.

Consults can be booked online and are charged when you book. Creative Consultation is $50. Production Consultation is $100. Those prices are for the consult, not for a shoot.

Package prices on the site are starting points. Extra crew, equipment, locations, travel, or specialized needs can change the price. We confirm the price in writing before work starts.

You keep the rights we agree to in writing. Until that agreement is signed, nothing on this site transfers ownership of footage, photos, or edits.
